It has been extended by another 50 dates from October, to go on sale on Friday 11th April. David won C4's ''So You Think You're Funny' award in 1999 and has since been nominated for the prestigious If.Comedy Award in Edinburgh 2006 and the Barry Award in Melbourne in 2007. David's first TV series 'The Modest Adventures of David O'Doherty' transmitted on RTE in Ireland last year. He has since appeared on Channel 4's 'Comedy Presents...' as Russell Brand's musical sidekick and 'Never Mind the Buzzcocks'. Tickets are not on sale yet but we can confirm that we have the following acts in Edinburgh this year: Jimmy Carr: 13-17 & 21-24 Aug Edinburgh International Conference Centre Last year's If.Comedy nominee Andrew Lawrence returns to the Pleasance First time solo shows from Josh Howie and Sarah Millican, both at the Pleasance. David O'Doherty returns to Edinburgh and plays at the Stand.
