A brilliant year for Chambers’ acts at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Huge congratulations to Pippa Evans, Stuart Goldsmith, Larry Dean, Catherine Bohart and Frankie Boyle who all enjoyed fantastic runs at the Edinburgh Fringe with a series of packed houses and brilliant reviews across the month. We couldn’t be more proud of every one of their shows and each had a thoroughly successful festival. Roll on next year!

Russell Brand’s latest book, Recovery, is available to pre-order and the Re:Birth tour continues.

September proves to be a fun month full of radio for Joe Lycett, as he announces his brand new Radio 4 show Joe Lycett’s Obsessions and makes appearances on BBC Radio 1 and 2.

In his brand new show for BBC Radio 4, Joe Lycett’s Obsessions, Joe will talk to famous guests and the general public alike about their guilty pleasures and obsessions. The show will begin recording in the new year.

Joe will join Steve Wright on his show on BBC Radio 2 between 2 and 5pm on Wednesday 6th September. You can listen live and listen again to Steve Wright in the Afternoon here.

The BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw also has Joe as a guest on Thursday 7th September. The show airs between 6 and 10 am, and you can listen to it here.

Taskmaster returns to Dave this month, with new contestant Aisling Bea.

The new series of Dave’s Taskmaster begins to air this month, with a new group of contestants including Aisling Bea. The new series starts on the 5th September with a special, online only episode, with the following episodes airing on Wednesday nights at 9pm on Dave. Holly Walsh has a busy month ahead as the first episode of The Other Oneairs on BBC 2, and she records episodes of The Unbelievable Truth and The News Quiz for BBC Radio 4.

The Other One is a brand new sitcom about two sisters who didn’t know the other existed, created by Holly Walsh. The pilot episode will air on BBC 2 on Wednesday 13th September at 10pm. You can find out more here.

Pippa enjoyed a fantastic run at the Edinburgh Fringe, with huge audiences and fantastic reviews for Joy Provision! She has also secured a brand new show for BBC Radio 4, by the same name, which seeks to find out where we find pleasure in a world which is not as we expected. The show will commence recording in the new year.

September also sees Pippa return to touring with Showstopper! The Improvised Musical. Find out more about where you can see the Olivier Award winning show here.

Pippa also performs in a new improvised show this month. There Will Be Cake stars Pippa alongside Marcus Brigstocke, Rachel Parris and Paul Foxcroft. The show will be at the Omnibus Theatre in Clapham from the 26th to the 30th September and you can find out more here.
