This Fringe saw Joe Lycett move into the larger Pleasance Upstairs venue where he completely sold out his run of If Joe Lycett Then You Should’ve Put A Ring On It and received a string of rave reviews, including “An accomplished hour…instant rapport with his audience” (Metro). He was also invited to host the prestigious Pleasance Press Launch and appeared on BBC Radio 4’s long running panel show Just A Minute hosted by Nicolas Parsons. You can find out more about Joe’s appearance on episode 2 of series 67 here

Andrew Lawrence returned to Pleasance One venue with Andrew Lawrence: There Is No Escape and received great reviews once again: “Nihilism made big, clever and funny… a delicious hour of comedy” (The List).

David O’Doherty also completely sold out his run and extra shows in the Pleasance One venue with his new hour David O'Doherty Will Try To Fix Everything. Demand was so high, he was invited to perform 2 extra shows at the Pleasance’s largest venue; The Grand.

Sarah Millican returned to Edinburgh Fringe Festival to present her brand new tour show Sarah Millican: Home Bird, her entire run at The Stand One sold out in May, setting a precedent for the rest of her tour. Sarah Millican begins her brand new tour: Home Bird

September has finally arrived! Which means that Sarah embarks on her brand new national tour Home Bird later this month. Her new live show has been hotly anticipated, selling out most of her venues at the start of the year and following a successful month long run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

"An iron fist in a marigold glove." The Guardian
The British Comedy Award’s Queen of Comedy Sarah Millican is giving up the party scene (Ann Summers), easing off on the drinking (fizzy pop equals wealthy dentists) and is settling down (taking her bra off). Determined to put down some roots, she now has a cat (furry baby) and even a tree (she has a lot of mugs).
On this, her third national tour, you will learn what to take on a dirty weekend, the easiest way to blend in in posh restaurants and how to teach a pensioner to swear. Join her for some hilarious domestic bliss.

As seen on Celebrity Juice (ITV2), Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC2), 8 Out Of 10 Cats (Channel 4) and heard as resident news hound on Josh Widdicombe's XFM radio show.
'Imaginative and cheekily subversive comedy … Entertainingly mischievous' (Guardian)
'Already possesses the relaxed, homely charm of an old campaigner' (Times)
'A delightfully natural style that builds a real connection with the audience … an accomplished storyteller' (Chortle)

As seen on BBC1's Live At The Apollo, star of his own BBC Radio 4 series How Did We End Up Like This? Andrew Lawrence presents his latest stand-up show of all new material.
‘Anyone who gives this spikily inventive performer the time of day will realise they're in the presence of an A-list talent.’ The Guardian
‘Few people have caught the irritated, misanthropic mood of the moment better than this supreme misfit; the only wonder is that it’s taking Lawrence so long to become a national institution.’- The Telegraph
